Privacy Policy: One Camera
One Camera is a camera app published by Blinqdroid. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use it.
The short version
- Your photos and videos never leave your device. We cannot see what you shoot.
- One Camera has no account, no sign-in, and no analytics of its own, and Blinqdroid runs no servers that receive your data.
- The app includes Google AdMob, which provides one optional feature: after your free trial ends, you can watch a short ad to use One Camera Pro for 24 hours. Google's ad software collects some device and usage information, described below.
Your photos and videos stay on your device
One Camera never uploads, copies, or transmits the pictures or video you take. Everything you capture is written to your device's own camera folder (DCIM/Camera), alongside anything your phone's built-in camera has taken, and is yours alone.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
One Camera includes the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's User Messaging Platform, both provided by Google. They power the optional 24-hour Pro pass: once your free trial has ended, you can choose to watch one rewarded ad to use every Pro feature for a day. No ad is shown unless you ask for one, and people who buy Pro never see an ad.
Google's ad software is part of the app and may collect the following, in particular when you choose to watch an ad:

This information is sent to Google, encrypted in transit, and handled under Google's privacy policy. Google explains how it uses data from apps that show its ads at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Blinqdroid does not receive this information in any form that identifies you, and does not sell it.
Your choices
- Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland). Before any ad is requested you are shown Google's consent form, where you can accept or refuse. You can change your answer at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices. If you refuse, no ad is requested, and you can still buy Pro.
- Advertising ID. You can reset or delete it at any time in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Security and privacy → Ads on some phones).
- Personalised ads. You can manage ad personalisation at myadcenter.google.com.
- Not watching ads at all. The ad pass is optional. Everything free in One Camera works without ever watching an ad.
What One Camera itself does not do
- No location of its own. The app requests no location permission, and your photos are not geotagged by One Camera.
- No analytics, telemetry or crash reporting of its own.
- No account. You never sign in, and there is nothing to sign in to.
- No selling of data. Blinqdroid does not sell personal data.
Purchases
One Camera Pro is a single one-time purchase handled entirely by Google Play Billing. Payment details are entered into Google Play and are never seen by, sent to, or stored by One Camera or Blinqdroid. The app asks Google Play whether a purchase exists and receives only a yes or no.
Google's own handling of that transaction is covered by Google's privacy policy.
The seven-day trial and the 24-hour ad pass are tracked by timestamps stored on your own device. Neither is sent anywhere by One Camera.
Permissions and why they are needed

A few other system permissions, such as scheduling background tasks, come from Google's ads and billing libraries. None gives One Camera access to your photos, contacts, location or files.
Your rights
One Camera and Blinqdroid hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing of ours to access, correct, export or delete. For data collected by Google's ad software, use the choices above or Google's privacy controls. Uninstalling the app removes it and its settings from your device.

Children
One Camera is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the ad feature.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
